Hello Friends!
There is something humbling in midst of change. Being able to experience who God is in 13 different people all living together will not only test your character but grow your heart.
These past 4 days in training we have become closer, shared experiences and related on the incredible work the Lord has done in our lives. For me, my heart has been able to feel a closeness to the body of Christ. It’s interesting to me how each person created on the earth has a specific role in the body just how each person on my team is specifically needed for this adventure.
On January 19th our team will be flying out to Medellin, Colombia for 60 days! In Medellin we will be working with the ministry Ciudad Refuge. I am excited to see how each part of “the body” of our team will work in a new environment.
You too are part of the body of Christ and Where you are now matters to Him. I pray that you find an understanding with the Lord why he has placed you where you currently are. And I challenge you to be confident in where the Lord has placed YOU! Because you are meant to be there, just as we are here.
“But now [as things really are], God has placed and arranged the parts in the body, each one of them, just as He willed and saw fit [with the best balance of function].”

YASSS how incredible is it that the Lord called US to do this cool thing (wow thanks God) and how amazing is it that He has knitted this squad together in a way that utilizes everyone’s unique gifts. So encouraging!!
